Package Your Items
Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the product is in a resalable condition to avoid any delays in processing.
Ship to Newbank
Affix the provided return label to your package and drop it off at your nearest authorized courier point, or bring it directly to our physical garden centre location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse team has inspected the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
